Two first venues for the 2024 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup confirmed!

Hurricane Press Release Hurricane Group and UCI are pleased to announce the first two rounds of the 2024 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup, to be hosted in Enoshima, Japan, and Montpellier, France. The additional rounds of the 2024 calendar will be announced at the beginning of next year.

The 2024 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup kicks off in style, in the beautiful location of Enoshima, Japan. Japan has previously played host to the contest in 2018 and 2019 and FISE couldn’t be more delighted to once again hold an event in this amazing country.

This first UCI World Cup stop will see some of the world’s best BMX Freestyle athletes compete in both the Park and Flatland formats, with categories open for Men and Women.

The competition will be part of the Enoshima Wave Fest, a unique and exciting new event combining BMX Freestyle, Live Music and a Food Festival.

THE 27TH EDITION OF THE LARGEST
URBAN SPORTS GATHERING IN THE WORLD!

BMX Freestyle will be on the programme in the 27th edition of the largest urban sports gathering in the world!

From May 8 to 12, 2024, the city of Montpellier will once again transform itself into the world capital of urban sports by welcoming hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts to the banks of the river Lez for 5 days of competitions and festivities, including the star of the show, the UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup. This second UCI World Cup stop will host contests in both the Park and Flatland formats, with categories open for Men and Women.
